Really helpful and supper friendly staff, they made my day!!
The room itself was updated and impressive with 2 queen beds and clogged toilet, as example as advertised.

Everything was great, favourable location to freeway exit, the staff were very polite. Location: the hotel was so close to main attractions, the interstate, and Albuquerque. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like mariscoes altimar that was only 25 minutes' walk away.

The location here is great, in a convenient enclosed area right next to the expressway, and I also enjoyed trying some takeout specials at Del Taco, which was just a short walk away.

The double room I stayed in had a cozy seating area, private bathroom with complimentary toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. It provided a perfect place to unwind after a long day.
I found the handrails for going up and down the stairs to be rusted and unpleasant to hold onto.

I appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere of the public areas of the hotel, which made me feel right at home. the decoration was charming and had a welcoming vibe, perfect for relaxing. The easy access to the rooms through exterior corridors was convenient for seniors like me, allowing for a smooth and comfortable stay. Cons: I would have liked a bit more assistance from the children working there in helping senior guests with their luggage.
